Barcelo Valencia Hotel, Valencia

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very dark, which made for a great night's sleep, but there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom area. It was spacious and comfortable, with blackout blinds that opened from the bed. The sliding door facility provided added sound insulation and privacy.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms offer a fascinating open-plan design, though the lack of separation between the toilet and sleeping area may not suit everyone. On a positive note, our room faced west, providing a lovely view of the City of Arts and Sciences.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were stylish and comfortable with a wonderful view of the museums from the 7th floor, but they could use an update. The service was overpriced considering the facilities offered, and the staff didn't go the extra mile, although they spoke English. The location was great, offering easy access to the old town, beach, and science park, but it was in front of a busy roundabout. The dining was delightful, but a bit pricey, especially for breakfast. However, the Mexican food was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The service was top-notch, with extremely kind and efficient staff. The location was beautiful, right in front of the Art & Science gallery, and surrounded by good restaurants. The dining experience was absolutely top class, offering a wide variety to choose from. Overall, a great value for money with wonderful facilities.
